Privacy policy

Effective October 22, 2026

This policy explains what information Netsis Mobile FZCO (“Netsis Mobile”, “we”, “us”) collects through our apps and this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Netsis Mobile FZCO builds apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. This policy applies to all of our apps and to this website, and we are responsible for the personal data described in it.

The short version

  • We don’t sell your personal data.
  • The content you use in our apps is processed on your device. We don’t upload it to our servers unless you use a feature that needs it, such as cloud sync.
  • Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card details.
  • We work with a small set of service providers: Qonversion and Adapty for subscriptions, PostHog and Google Analytics for Firebase for product analytics, Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports, and Adjust to measure our ads.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

Information we collect

Depending on the app and the features you use, we collect:

  • App and device information: an app-specific user ID, device model, iOS version, app version, language and region.
  • Usage information: which screens and features you open and how you move through the app, so we can improve it.
  • Purchase information: your subscription status, the plan you chose, and trial and renewal events. Apple shares this with us without your name or payment details.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data that help us find and fix problems.
  • Messages you send us: your name, email address and message when you contact support or send a data request.
  • Advertising identifier: only if you allow tracking in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. We use it to measure which of our ads lead to app installs.

What stays on your device

Our apps are built to do their work on your device. The content you use in them is processed and stored locally. Apps that connect to other devices look for them on your local network only to connect to them.

Some features work in the cloud by design. If you turn on sync or backup, that content is stored in the cloud so you can reach it from your other devices. When a feature needs to process content online, we send only what that feature needs and use it only to provide the result.

How we use information

  • To run our apps and the features you ask for.
  • To manage subscriptions, free trials and restored purchases.
  • To understand how our apps are used and make them better.
  • To find and fix crashes and bugs.
  • To answer your support questions and data requests.
  • To measure how our ads perform. We use your advertising identifier for this only if you allow tracking.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

Google user data

Some of our apps let you sign in with your Google account, for example to open files from Google Drive or to work with Gmail. Here is how we handle the data we get from Google:

  • What we access: only the data covered by the permissions you approve on Google’s consent screen, such as your name, email address, or the files and messages you choose to open.
  • How we use it: only to provide the feature you asked for, on your device. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t use it to train AI or machine learning models.
  • Sharing: we don’t sell Google user data or share it with anyone, except as needed to provide the feature or when the law requires it.
  • Storage and retention: Google user data is processed and kept on your device. We don’t store it on our servers. The sign-in token that keeps you connected is saved in your device’s secure Keychain and stays there until you sign out, delete the app or revoke access.
  • Deletion: signing out in the app or deleting the app removes your Google data and token from your device. You can also revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete any other data, email and we’ll do it within 30 days.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We work with these service providers. Each one explains how it handles data in its own privacy policy:

  • Apple
  • Qonversion
  • Adapty
  • PostHog
  • Adjust
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Cloudflare

Tracking and advertising

We only track you across other companies’ apps and websites if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you don’t allow tracking, our apps work exactly the same.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as described in this policy, when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. Content stored on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the app.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and a careful choice of service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to collect as little as we can in the first place.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for certain purposes. To make a request, use our data request form or email . We confirm every request by email before we act on it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. When that happens, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

This website

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across other websites. Our contact forms open your email app, so we receive only what you choose to send us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in our apps.
