Terms of use
These terms apply when you download or use any app from Netsis Mobile FZCO (“Netsis Mobile”, “we”, “us”) or visit this website. Please read them carefully. By using our apps, you agree to them.
Our apps
These terms apply to all of our apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and to this website. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple’s Usage Rules. The apps, their design and our trademarks remain ours. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer them.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Our apps are free to download. Some features require a subscription or a one-time purchase. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Using our apps responsibly
You agree not to use our apps to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to access devices, accounts or content you aren’t allowed to use.
Devices and services from other companies
Some of our apps work with devices and services made by other companies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies, and their names and trademarks belong to them. Their products can change in ways that affect our apps, and we can’t guarantee that every device or model will work.
Your content
Photos, documents and other content you use in our apps remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to process that content to provide the features you choose.
Changes and availability
We regularly update our apps and may add, change or remove features. Some features need an internet connection, and your mobile carrier may charge for data. We may also stop offering an app.
Disclaimer
We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Netsis Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Ending these terms
You can stop using our apps at any time by deleting them. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as the disclaimer and limits of liability, remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, unless the laws of your country of residence give you the right to rely on local law or courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we’ll let you know in our apps. If you keep using our apps after an update, the new terms apply.
